This prestigious Headquarters in Wales had a high level glass replacement where traditional access methods alone could not complete the job. A specialist glazing solution was required.
We were tasked with planning a method with multiple access elements to reach and replace the defective glazing.
Bringing together multiple access methods, we specified a plan to incorporated fixed scaffold to allow internal access alongside rope access and mobile platforms externally.
Working in conjunction, all the access methods were combined to safely remove and replace the existing defective glass.
Works were conducted out of hours on a weekend to minimise disruption to the building tenants.
