As part of their Health and Safety audit, our client identified a requirement for their glazing to be assessed and maintained to ensure the safety of building tenants and to avoid future costs associated with repairs/refurbishment.
With a history of conducting works on site, Sky Access was instructed to produce a maintenance and inspection regime to ensure the integrity of the glazing.
Using our IRATA trained Rope Access Technicians, we periodically inspect the glazing system conducting spot repairs to fixings, weather seals and failed paintwork. A report is produced detailing findings and our recommendations to ensure the client can have a safe structure and budget for future works.
